“I got new videos dropping soon also new music just waiting to be released!” – Djizzll.

Djizzll

Just Fame got a chance to interview artist Djizzll in regard to his new album release LK4. We got insights into the creative process that he follows and much more!

Q. First of all, welcome! It is wonderful to have you on our platform. How are you doing?

I’m good and blessed to have another chance to elevate.

Q. Our team loved your latest EP “LK4”. Please share how did you come across the idea for this EP album?

LK4 is my new album I dropped it in February 2022. First LK4 means Lion King part 4, it’s a series of my stories of what I go through and what I have seen out here in these streets, I got my Lil cousin Hollywood On The Track and a couple of other producers I know from the city to make me some tracks and I made some, ion write I freestyled the whole album. I like the idea of the whole lion thing because they like the top of food chat and king of the jungle, but the crazy part about that ion even consider myself a lion anymore because a lion can be hurt or deceived but a monster can’t. I’m comparing myself to God or something beyond this Galaxy, something the world has yet to witness.

Q. What exactly is the creative process that you follow while making your music and especially the process that you followed while you were working on this EP album?

It’s simple I wake up and walk out the door ain’t no telling what might happen or what you might witness for real, you might go outside and see a dead body or trip over somebody gun they just threw out the car window from running from 12 but you bet not let nobody see you pick that gun up because they coming back for it “ trust an believe they are “ then boom they found you got it they at ya front door because ole girl said she seen you pick it up she just scared they gone shoot the block up, it crazy but it’s the life of Memphis, it’s all kind of things I went through to create of my music you just gotta listen to what I’m saying you hear some sh*t that’ll make you be like damn I’ve been through that or I can feel dude raft as especially my song called ( Ghetto Eyes ) but I kinda put a lil bite more work into LK4 because I had gone through a lot. So hungry for success but at the same time I was seeking for outlets on how to kick the door down, overall doe I got my Lil cousin Hollywood On The Track, TrashbagsBeats, and a couple of other producers I know and have a strong relationship with from the city to make me some tracks and I made some, I just got my bud and I put my beat on and zone out then I get to try to see how im’a flow on it and how I’m chang up too, ion write I freestyled the whole album.

Q. What does music mean to you?

Music means everything to me to be real ion know where I’ll be or who I’ll be without music, I feel like god wouldn’t have me chase this dream for nothing plus I gotta a feeling I’m going to be one of his angle playing the trumpet when them gates open. I use music to Meditate, to get rid of my demons, it is times ion what nobody around me I just wanna be in my studio with my beats and weed and be in my own world it gets deep for me…

Q. What motivates you and what inspires you in your life?

My kids give me all the push I need especially my boys they are my biggest fans and supporters, I motivate myself, when I hear a beat that I really like Energy comes out nowhere and I will be gone at it not just with making beats and rap I’m talking the hole 9 yards videos and so on.

Q. Who has been a major influence in your life?

I gotta say my big cousin he’s not a rapper or anything he’s just in the music business and been in it for a while now and it amazes me how years after year he elevates to the next level, The P guy from QC records he’s the CEO I like how he runs his operation I can’t forget Dr.Dre I think me and him share the same drive for music.

Q. Who are your 3 favorite artists and why?

Project Pat, Young Thug and Dr.Dre.

Q. Any tips or advice for young aspiring artists?

It’s gone be some really tough times and it’s gone be rainy days but don’t give up keep going never ever lose faith.

Q. What lies ahead for you in the coming years? What next? Any collaboration plans with other artists?

Nothing but a successful journey ahead of me because this is what I really want so I keep my head high and keep pushing towards what I’m trying to accomplice, I got new videos dropping soon also new music just waiting to be released I got my homie CMG Big Boogie reaching out to me I got him on a couple tracks 1017 Big Scarr we got something cooking up, I got a couple major and the future coming towards my way, bout time it’s all said and done the hole world will know who I am.
