About the band: New Chums formed in 2017 in Phoenix, AZ to create indie rock with pop appeal. Since then, the band has been championed by DJs, programmers, and music fans across the globe. New Chums continue building their catalog of songs drenched in catchy melodies and undeniable hooks with their third EP released in May 2021. The trio’s beachy vibe from the heart of the desert has landed them on Spotify’s featured playlists, Shoei helmet national advertising, in-store video rotation at national retailers, and advanced placement on Sirius XM’s Alt Nation.
