Hailing from New York City, Lenox Montrose & RyuNYC have teamed up for the drop of their collaborative EP “Sinergy”. With boastful lyrics and clever bars, the project sees both artists taking their creativity to new heights following their partnership on records like “Maintain” and “Watch This”. Each song packs a punch, with a frenetic and gritty OG style that only comes from discovering your hustle in the city.
Both hailing from the 5 boroughs, Lenox Montrose and RyuNyc first linked up at Five Towns College on Long Island. Lenox was well known in underground production spaces for his work with his collective “Fogmob” and his performances at beat battles in the NYC area. Ryu meanwhile had been steadily building a career as an artist with early releases like “Myself” and “Dirty Money”. After a few successful collaborations, they decided to link up and create a full EP together, “Sinergy”, which releases everywhere on Feb. 11th.
